Wifi calling stopped working on att s6edge

I got the new update which added wifi calling. Enabled it and connected at work and home. Now today I noticed I no longer have the plus sign showing its connected. Work or home. I have the latest and greatest software and security patch. It is turned on. I've tried cycling off and on but no luck. Any idea what's up?

I believe it only shows the plus when you have 2 cell signal bars or less. Do you have no cell signal, wifi, but no plus?
