wireless mouse problem

[AC Question]

I have a gtx stb 3188 Android box .The box has been working fine but the wireless mouse no longer works 'the mouse works fine on other boxes I have,I tried a cable mouse same thing no pointer I have done factory reset no joy I have all so tried hard reset same thing beginning to think it could be a software problem any one with other ideas would help me out--

Welcome to Android Central! Is it a Bluetooth mouse, or does it connect via 2.4 GHz wireless (like a standard wireless mouse on a PC)?
