I am not sure whether this is precisely the same problem, but on my laptop in Chrome, Google PlayStore said I had no devices. Yet when I went to https://play.google.com/settings/ my device was in fact listed there. All I had to do was check the checkbox under column heading "Show in Menus". View attachment 279300

I wish it was that simple, but when I open that page, there's nothing showing for my devices, not new ones, not old ones, nothing.

It appears that this "no devices" message started appearing when I updated to Android 9. Previously, I could search the Google Play store for apps, and when I found what I was looking for, get it sent to the phone, and it would appear there in a few minutes. As with others, I can download apps from the play store using my phone, but I'd rather do it from my computer. It's easier to read features, see screen shots, and find out what's wrong with it. ;)
