Phone rebooting into Clockwork Recovery upon battery drain

My phone has been rooted for a little while now and everything works fine. The only thing that annoys me is: When the battery dies and the phone automatically shuts off and I connect the phone into the charger - when the phone boots up, it automatically boots up into the Clockwork Recovery at which point, I have to choose the "Reboot" option for it to load up into Android. Sometimes I get the Clockwork screen two or three times in a row before the phone boots into Android. Is there a way around this? I had a few custom roms installed, but have since reverted back to the stock rom to see if that would fix the issue and it appears that it is still happening. Any suggestions will be very appreciated. Thank you.

I think CWR boots into recovery based on being turned on when connected to a charger... I might be wrong though.
