    Default Need some help ASAP.

    My mother just got her replacement Charge and we are trying to get her pics off the old phone to save to the computer. I have a USB cord plugged in but I can't get in and view the files.

    Also, how do I set her new phone to automatically save pics to the SD card when pics are taken?

    Turn off USB Debugging mode, see if that works. Settings>Apps> Development.
