Verizon csr did a master reset...

Now I cannot find navagtion. I downloaded google maps but I do not have the navigation with the nice voice search etc. what can I do.

Humm, try doing another reset, I don't think you can get Navigation in the market it's actually part of Android 2.1 I believe.

I factory reset my INC yesterday and had the same problem, after a couple of reboots the icon finally appeared in "all programs" list. Good luck.

Navigation Icon was part of an update to Google Maps just a couple of weeks ago

Yeah, Navigation is a part of Google Maps. If you aren't seeing it in the main apps menu (not the desktop/shortcut), then it really might take a hard reset to get it back.
