Help! Lock Screen ruined my phone!

i downloaded Lock 2.0 for my fascinate, which started throwing out a numerical lock screen (like the iphone) whenever i tried to use any aspect of my phone. i also accidentally hit yes when LP popped up and asked "do you want to use LP by default whenever this happens" or however it's said. I couldnt figure out how to turn off the numerical lock on the application, so i uninstalled the program. however, the lock screen is still there. Now, i cant open any program that has any influence on anyhting. i cant open any of the settings, super manager, task manager, advanced task manager, anything.

please help!

oy vey. i've tried the hard reset 3 times now and it wont work.... please let me know if i'm doing something wrong.

because i cant access my settings menu wihtout the keypad (with no unlock code) coming up, i've been doing this:
1. turning the phone off
2. holding down the "down volume" button
3. hitting the power button so it turns back on

theeeen, nothing. the phone starts just as normal. I'm not getting to the menue that allows me to clear storage.

holding down the "up and down" volume button plus the power button will get you there.

Can you access you phone with adb? If so couldn't you download the .apk and sideload it through adb?
