One rooted need to replace with vzw replacement

Hello all,

Once again I am trying to find a 4g working Nexus. Looks like I may have got one from Vzw. My orignal is rooted and backed up. Can I root the new phone and just flash the backed up rom to the new phone and that would bring me back to everything I had?

It should, yes. When you make a backup though, it's always advisable to clear cache/dalvik before making it. Eliminates issues that could arise.
