Re: Working Jellybean Rom for Toro on RootzWiki
Seems they are having WIFI signal issues on that one. A lot of positive comments otherwise thou. I'll give it another day or two and see how things progress before I jump over to JB. WIFI signal is very important to me at this point and hope the issue gets resolved.

I was reading that Franco's test jelly bean kernel seemed to resolve the Wi-Fi connection issue that some was having on RW forums

Are you rooted/unlocked? Do that first. Use the guides here. Once you are, come back to this thread and follow ==>

Follow the link to Team Liquid's Jelly Bean "rom" - Download both files--the rom itself and the superuser file--and place them on your phone's SDcard
- Reboot into recovery (CWM or TWRP, which will be familiar if you have them!)
- Do a FULL AND COMPLETE WIPE/FACTORY RESET--DATA/CACHE/DALVIK CACHE
- Flash the Jelly Bean rom zip
- Flash the superuser package zip
- Reboot and set your phone up as normal
- Enjoy

Re: Working Jellybean Rom for Toro on RootzWiki
Would love to see more images of this! I would flash it but since this is in what I would consider extremely early Alpha build I'm holding out because i need my phone to be stable for my job. I'll love anyone who posts more images of this update <3

Re: Working Jellybean Rom for Toro on RootzWiki
Lol its not alpha guys... everything works, just freaking flash it

Make a backup, flash it. Worst thing you just restore your backup. Just do it.

Also, browser is still default. I'm starting to theme/setup but getting hesitant if a JB rom approaches...lol

Re: Working Jellybean Rom for Toro on RootzWiki
So, now that you've navigated through for a bit - compared to something like AOKP or another fast ROM, how does it feel?
Despite being rooted, can you tell it's actually smoother and faster? - 06-28-2012, 08:52 AM #23
