Still can't text pictures when on Wifi, any suggestions?

I can't send pictures via text if I am on wifi. This was a problem with ICS, and continued as a problem with the JB ROM I am using (BB). It doesn't matter which wifi network or sms app, it ends up with an error message when I try to send MMS.

Any solution to this problem out there?

I do believe that SMS and MMS use the cellular network for data. This is not a bug. Use gmail to send your messages while on WIFI.

Well, people send MMS texts while they are connected to wifi networks all the time, and I have done that for years. Yes, it would likely use the cellular network to accomplish this task, but it would still do this task even if the phone was hooked up to wifi. Now, it won't. Something is behaving differently than it used to, and I can't figure out why.
