This is my 3rd replacement note 2 and I will NEVER get another one but for now until August I have to deal with it. Please help! The phone started shutting off at 30% then it gradually over a couple of days now shuts down at 70% battery life. I have to keep it plugged in all the time! I have cleared memory and I don't have many apps...

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the same battery that you used for the previous devices, or is it a new battery that came with the phone?
