Indicators for text message and missed phone calls

whats up people...well i got a the S3 and for some odd reason when i get a text or miss call on the home screen there is a number of call or text on the apps thingy that ive missed that wont go away even after i have deleted all calls and text.

I have to restart the phone so the numbers will go away. anyone else seeing this?

For the missed call I think you have to click thru on the dialer menus till you get to the missed call and click on it...clearing from the notification pane isn't enough.

yeah i opened the dialer and clicked on all the numbers to make sure and then i deleted all of them and still stayed there...strange
