Basically, I've been having the issue some people used to have with their Thunderbolts when eHRPD was down. In weak 4G areas, my signal skips 3G entirely and drops all the way to 1X. The way I understand it, when eHRPD is down, this tends to happen as the handoff doesn't function correctly.
This has been happening consistently for the last few days. When I got the Rezound on launch day I didn't seem to have this problem.
