Why would I want you to do that? Did you not read my previous email? The only way that would help is if I never close the application. What I want is a refund and for you to fix the issue(with the tower). If you can't do this please put me in touch with someone who can. I don't understand why you would want me to pay for a product that clearly doesn't work.

Hello Brandi,
I re downloaded the from the market, changed the bucks to coins and built some floors. I didn't back to the status I had b4 but I was willing to deal with it. I closed the app and waited for the items to stock. I went back into the app and I am back to 27 floors 6 towerbucks, 37 bitizens and no mobacoins. I would like to delete this app until you guys can get it together over there. Please refund the money I spent on this app. When the app is actually working I would be more than happy to reinvest in it but this is ridiculous.

They will use this information to investigate and hopefully provide a swift resolution to your issue in a future update. At this time, I don't have the tools available to fix your problem.

To find that number visit
https://checkout.google.com, login, click on the View Order link beside your purchase, and the order number will be displayed under the order date. The order number should contain 15 digits.

Could you please write back with what specific type of Android device (including model number) you are using? There are hundreds (and counting) of Android devices out on the market, and each device is a bit different.
