Looking for an app or something else

My wife runs a small business where everyday she have to send a group message with multiple address and garage opener codes to her employees so they know where to go the next day and how to enter the property. She basically have little bit over 120 address with codes that she use constantly. It's never the same schedule for the employees so she type the addresses by hand and it takes a lot of time. She don't want to use insert contact feature because all the contact she saves have a name and phone number added and other stuff that she don't want to include in the text. So is there a app where she could just save all the address with note and then just pick the one she needs and insert in text message? You know like copy and paste

Plenty of ways to do this... you can either save everything with a different contact and just name it whatever the note was going to be, save everything on a spreadsheet and copy/paste from there, or if you are trying to automate things, you can use apps like IFTTT or Pushbullet or Tasker (the latter more powerful, but way more technical) and just make a rule that picks a specific entry in the spreadsheet and texts the number(s) to get it.
