I called Verizon today because I got a text message even though I already asked Verizon to block all text messages a while back. During the call, I tried to type "0" to go to the operator, but it would not recognize any of my keypresses on the keypad. I tried several times, but no success. I ended up hanging up and calling back, and the second time it worked. This is the second time that this happened to me on this Rezound. BTW, I am on my third Rezound now, issue update, for those that care:
1st Rezound Issues:
-Crashed sometimes
-dead (hot?) pixel
-hissing noise while playing music
2nd Rezound Issues:
-Crackling/blown speaker noise when making calls, intermittent problem
-hissing noise while playing music
-sometimes unresponsive touchscreen
3rd Rezound Issues:
-Alarm sometimes goes off twice. I hit the dismiss button, and it shuts off, then maybe 15 seconds later, it goes off again. Intermittent problem.
-Keypad sometimes stops working
-Data seems to be dropping more frequently than the other two Rezounds
