GB not working!

What can I do??

Got the first GB update.....Bad......Got the 2nd update.....got even worse.....the only thing that got fixed in the second update was that voice mail alerts work. I was advised by VZW to do..... so Finally did a factory reset on my Thunderbolt, and NOTHING has changed!

Constantly goes on 1x rather than 3G/4G

Ringtones don't ring for the person they are set for

Web browsing very slow

If I power off, it takes way to long for the phone to come back on (longer than before GB)

What can I do??

Try one of the other VZW phones? Just guessing.

have you contacted VZW with these problems? for stock related issues (not rooted), I would def go to vzw first.

Are you in a bad signal area? I live in a rural area even though I work in a 4g area. I keep my phone set to CDMA. I don't let it toggle between them both. Try CDMA only and see if it helps. I always have 3g. It is quick for me and a battery saver too
