Safe mode after start up

Hey all, I was in the process of bump charging and when I powered the phone back up it booted in Safe Mode. It said safe mode in the lower left corner. Did I do something to make this happen? I rebooted and it came back normal except the live wall paper was gone. Is this some thing to be worried about?

you were prob holding down a series of buttons by mistake... i forget what sequence it is for safe mode but i know that if you hold the volume down button down and power (which is easy to do because you have to hold the power button down for so long) it will boot into the hboot menu. So in other words you should be fine.

I was kinda thinking I pushed something I wasn't supposed to when I powered it up.
