PRL Version Screwed Up After Outage
My prl is now saying version 1 after the outage even with a battery pull.

Lots of people had PRL 1 before the outage. Not necessarily screwed up.

I was on PRL 1 when I bought the phone. After the 4G outage my phone reception got really bad. Verizon said to pull the battery. I did and it updated to 15xxx (can't remember the full number). phone calls improved. But now its back to 1. No idea what's going on.

Well I've been trying to get a PRL push since day one. I know it can be done because I've met Thunderbolt users who have gotten one but for some reason I'm not so lucky. Still being punished for not being an ***** and signing up for a more expensive Verizon plan.
Have you tried pulling your SIM card out and restarting your phone?

I've seen tons of reports of PRLs being 15008 and 1. Then back. Then forth. I've seen PRL 1 exactly once. Besides that one time mine has been 15008.
It is my opinion that this actually indicates a problem with the Android Systems' display of the PRL. All you see occasionally is 1 (the 5008 is missing). I think it's just a display error. I mean, who ever heard of a PRL of "one".
