I want to unroot my G2 so I can get it worked on by LG. The only thing I've done to it after rooting is flashing a camera mod. Is this the best way of uprooting?

Yes... If you flashed a camera mod you most likely modified the system image so you would need to flash back to stock.

Now I'm back to stock using the above method. It was surprisingly easy. It's going to take a whole lot longer to get the phone set back up like I want it.
