Bricked.

It's not a complete brick. I can get into recovery and mount USB, just every rom goes into a boot loop. I have no nandroid backups either. Help is appreciated.

Try wiping 3 times, then flashing the Stock Team Hydro ROM. If this doesn't work there's one other thing I can think of...

As long as you can access recovery, it shouldn't be a full brick. How did this happen anyway if you don't mind me asking?

No idea actually. I did wipe /system /boot and things like that from recovery, maybe that did something.
