I recently brought a new Samsung Galaxy S3 international one and It came installed with the old Jelly Bean 4.2.1 I think, the one previous to the jelly bean 4.3 so it was working fine with the 4.2.1 version but then I updated it to 4.3 officially (OTA) and now when I watch videos on Youtube and turn off the screen by the lock button the screen doesn't turn on again I have to take the battery out for it to come back on.
So instead of brothering with a factory reset that Samsung said I got a brand new replacement from where I brought it from as I thought it was the phone so got the new one a week ago and today I installed the 4.3 stupidly again and the same thing is happening .
Tried with the Viral app and it seems to work correctly
is this a known issue and what should I do?
