why does my android 4.2 keeps asking me to clear defaults

My android 4.2 keeps asking me to clear task manager defaults even though I clear them.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What's the exact message you see, and when do you see it? Is it when you select an app as a default to complete an action? If so, that message is purely informational, telling you how to clear the app default if you need to in the future. It's not telling you to clear the default now.

Its samsung grand neo. It asks me everytime I open my phone.
