Galaxy S4 mobile data button automatically turns off whenever I turn it on.

After updating my phone, I no longer can use my data as it just instantly unchecks(?) itself every time I attempt to turn it on. The data was working before the update and now I'm not sure what to do - I couldn't find anything similar on the forums/google.

Help would be greatly appreciated,
