Android Central App - Battery Drain

Hi!

Recently, I began noticing that the Android Central app has been using unusual amounts of battery despite having only used the app for a few minutes. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I'd hate to uninstall it as it is one of my favourite applications.

Does that persist after a reboot? Or force stopping Android Central?

You could try changing the data refresh interval to manual in the app settings.

Yes, it does.

I just cleared the data and cache of the app and that's working so far...
