My LG Tribute has ALWAYS dropped calls! Could it be Both phones or is it Virgin Mobile?

Ver 4.4.2. At first I thought it was because I live so far in suburbia, but I even tried to call my landlord 50 feet away from me on the freeway and it Still dropped the call. I dropped my first phone like this and broke the screen, but the 2nd phone is just as bad. Do I go back to Best Buy? Virgin Mobile? LG??

I Loved my previous Optima, was sorry to have to upgrade, am ready to go back to a previous carrier.

(I, too have lost my camera's pictures retrieval ability - nope, have not updated anything recently.)
ANY ADVICE?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you discussed this with your carrier? They might want to try a new SIM card.

What's the exact problem with the Camera?
