What is that pale blue circle with white border (appeared after Lollipop update)

Hi

What is that pale blue circle with a white border that has appeared at the top of the screen following my Lollipop update?

Is there any way to get rid of it?

EDIT: Can that question. It turns out that it's caused by Three's "In Touch" app that lets you call and text when on WiFi but with no mobile signal. For some reason it installed itself during my Lollipop update.
