Notes Traveler Install Causing Issues?

Anyone have issues with using Notes Traveler on their Note 4 running lollipop? Company IT installed Notes Traveler (v.8.5.2.2 201103081654). Ever since the power button no longer locks the phone only turns the screen black. When any button is hit after that it goes right to home screen. Additionally, there is no Send button to send a composed email in Notes Traveler, and I've been having issues with apps crashing. Tried to clear cache, restart, factory reset and uninstall/re-install Notes Traveler. nothing works yet. Any suggestions??? Oh, carrier is AT&T. THANKS!
