Multiple Accounts - Remove Google+?

So I have my personal and work Gmail accounts on my Nexus (running Marshmally, Nexus 6P). If I'm looking at a photo, click the share icon and select Google+, it brings up the option to share with either my work account (listed first even though it was set up second) or my personal account. I will only ever share from my personal. Is it possible to remove the Google+ share option for the work account? I have set the account not to sync that Google+ account, but it still shows as a share option.

Let me also add, that my preference is to keep the work Gmail account on my phone (as opposed to just accessing it on the web so I can enable notifications) and I would rather maintain the actual Google+ account associated with my work account.
