I paid for onleclick to root my Stylo 3 but they used Magisk with Magisk Manager

Titanium Backup is giving me a warning that there might be conflicts and to use a different SU. Is it really this easy
Anyway, to answer your question, just download and install SuperSU (my recommendation), then use a root file explorer (like ES, or File Explorer), navigate to the System / App folder, and delete superuser.

and can I delete Magisk since it gave me root?

Superuser apps use su (installed as a system function) to root the phone. Magisk is sytemless. Totally different. (So, no.)

I've never had any problem (except that warning) running TB 8.1.0 on Oreo with Magisk.

(If you root using a system root, the phone will fail the SafetyNet check, things like Android Pay and Netflix won't work, etc.)
