Is there a way i can remove unwanted unneeded apps that were on my phone when i got it #MemoryHogs , #SystemResourceHogs .

Welcome to Android Central! Preinstalled apps (both system apps and bloatware apps) typically can't be uninstalled unless you root the phone. Your best bet is to Disable the app (if possible) in the Settings>Apps menu. Disabling will uninstall all updates to the app (which can save space in itself), then prevent it from opening into RAM or auto-updating in the Play Store.

I kind of figured that out those apps are more or less embedded oh well thanQ .
