I have a Google Pixel running Android Oreo. For some reason, I've recently got this wired red border popping up randomly.

Hopefully this is enough information. How do I get rid of it?

Look at your battery icon, you may see a plus on the battery icon ... Tap it... The red border should go away. You just turned off battery saving mode
