I have an A2DP jawbone bluetooth headset and I routinely connect my Evo to my vehicle's stereo via the headphone jack (http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc-evo-4g/18845-disable-bluetooth-media-but-not-phone-calls.html). When I enable my bluetooth headset the A2DP media setting defaults back to 'Enabled' and suddenly the audio stops coming out the headphone jack and instead comes out of my bluetooth device. The A2DP settings don't 'stick' so I have to correct this each time I get in the vehicle and turn on my bluetooth headset... ANNOYING!
I know that Tasker is rather powerful but I'm not sure if there is a way to access the A2DP settings for a connected Bluetooth device?
Basically I want to create an action that when the headphone is plugged in, the A2DP media is disabled on the Bluetooth headset.
Anyone think this can be done?
Thanks!!!
