RCA 10 Pro Edition 2 Tablet inserted in case and hardware keyboard will not work. What can I do?

rca 10 pro edition 2 Tablet inserted in case and hardware keyboard will not work .

when I insert the tablet into the hardware case , it doesnt recognize the rca detachable usb keyboard

no into the case that came with the tablet. it has 4 pins in the back to connect to.

Oh, I see--it's like the "pogo plug" that the 2012 Nexus 7 had. You are inserting the tablet the right way, correct? With those pins corresponding to the pins of the case? See pg 10 of the manual: http://rcaav.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/RCT6203W46-KC-ebook_EN.pdf

yes inserting the tablet the right way. just like the pic. I can put the tablet into another case just like it & it works(physcial keyboard) rca detachable usb keyboard (default)

Then the case itself might be faulty.

yes inserting the tablet the right way. just like the pic. I can put the tablet into another case just like it & it works(physcial keyboard) rca detachable usb keyboard (default) . But put the tablet back in the case it came in & it wont work
