Weird app called ''Cookie'' Installed this afternoon on my device (S4)?

AC Question

This afternoon I was at school and my battery usage was suddenly very low so I decided to recharge it with a adapter (Laptop to phone charging). But it didn't charge as well as I thought. Before that my phone was just updating all sorts of apps like it usually does. Usually I don't even notice it doing that. So I decided to shut it off for a bit to make it recharge faster. When I restarted it I briefly saw a message ''Installing apps 1 out of 1'' or something. So I got a bit confused why it gave me that message.
This was around 14:15. Then when I wanted to head home and turn on some music I saw this app called Cookie. I didn't manually install it and neither did I click it.
I just manually deleted it. So I used my Malwarebytes and saw that the strange app was installed together with all my normal apps. What is it and how did it get there?
Malwarebytes nor Avast could find any malware after I deleted it but I'm not fully conviced yet.
