Functional Galaxy Tablet but no screen is cracked have to use mirroing

I have access to mirror my Galaxy S7 tablet to my laptop although not finding a way to reset it through this method. I wan to reset to factory. The tablet is functional through screen mirroring but I cannot see how to wipe it this way.

Use an OTG cable (you can get them for $1 from China on eBay) to plug in a USB mouse. The mouse cursor should show.
