3. Want a new phone because I'm stuck on my nexus 4 and the battery life is horrendous!

Well... I've been stuck with a LG G3 for a year and a half... It's stuck on v.5.0.1 which blows. It's had a crack on its casing twice where I had to send it in to LG and its just been a major pain.... So I guess I want a device that I feel up to date and happy with its build quality....

Just kinda... ****ty to love a phone and always have a problem going on with it.

Because my Note 3 is longing for an upgrade, but Samsung's latest offerings of expensive phones while removing multiple features I made use of (IR, batt, sd) has me dis-interested in their lineup. While I realize the 6p doesn't have those either... I'd happier use a Nexus which never had those features over Samsung's lineup which has removed them.
