You should make the suggestion to your company to donate them to homeless shelters around the neighborhood, if they wanted to. Why give something away to people that already have it good, when you could make a difference in someone's life that doesn't have anything?

They were sued that's ridiculous!! Here we sell bakery goods a day old at a discount. There couldn't have been anything wrong with them if they were freshly expired.
