Which pre installed apps can be diabled on a S10a?

I have a newer phone and wanted to know which apps for my version can be disabled or deleted? I would like to free up all the RAM possible. Thank you!

If you go over your app list in settings , whichever gives options to disable you can .

Welcome to Android Central! Disabling apps won't really "free up RAM." The way Android works, if the system needs to make room for another app to open, it will figure out which app to close out of RAM to make room for the new one.
