Nokia 7.1 has "enablefilecrypto_failed"

[Android Central Question]

I was using my phone and phone ran out of battery. I plug it in for about an hour. When i came back. My phone displays;

"Cannot load android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device"

Supported API: 3
Enablefilecrypto_failed

My options are to;

-Try Again
-Factory data reset

I have tried again and again and it keeps cycling back to the same two options. I don't want to try factory data reset as i have files i have not backed up. Can someone assist and let me know if there is a way to get my phone back up and running without trying factory data reset.

Welcome to Android Central! Let it charge undisturbed for at least 6 hours, then try powering on again. Does the same thing happen?

At this point you'll have to perform the factory reset , never let the battery run until it battery depletes.
