I cannot save my downloaded photos to my Moto phone.

[Android Central Question]

I have a lot of Tiff photos in my Dropbox. Every time I want to use one of those photos in such places as Facebook I have to convert it to jpg. I have used several online converters but when I try to download the photo it opens up on my Android phone but then I can't save it. That choice is not available no matter what I click on. I can't do anything with it. I have a moto E5 play.

Welcome to Android Central! So you're uploading the TIFFs to these online converters and then trying to download them again so that you can share them? What options do you see on that online converter site? What happens if you long-press the converted image on the site -- is there a Save option there?
