    Hi.

I'm trying to edit my widgets on huawei mediapad. I have Nova Launcher in use. I have successfully edited all the app icons such as Philips Hue and IFTTT. But when I create a widget of those apps, the widget icons are not editable. So is there a way to edit also the widgets? Now it looks super boring, since I have for example about 10 grey same looking box icons for on/off buttons or colour changes. It would be nice to get at least different colours to know which button is for red or green or whatever colour. I have many icon packs but they are just for app icons, and they don't work for widgets.

So, does anyone have any idea how to edit the widget icons?

Welcome to Android Central! Customizing a widget depends on if the app developer gives you that option. Most stock widgets won't give you too many customization options.
