Compatibility

[Android Central Question]

I have a Moto G3/10... version and I purchased a machine Omron that needs to download from Google Play, the connection (Blue T.). The App states it is incompatible with my device.? I cleared the storage, boosted the WiFi, checked for any and all updates and the same. Any suggestions?

You have the Moto G3? What's the /10 part of that? Looking at the Moto G3 specs, that device was only updated to Marshmallow, the Omron device (which of their many devices?) may need a newer version of Android than that. If that's the case, you'd need a different phone. Your Moto G3 is now 5 years old and is not getting updates any longer.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm assuming this is the app you're trying to install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.omronhealthcare.omronconnect. It says that it requires Marshmallow or higher. What version of Android is your phone running?
