S10 I can’t be heard by callers in parts of housE

[Android Central Question]

Both my husband and I have S10s with the same problem. When people call us we can hear them but they can’t hear us in certain parts of the house. Calling over WiFi is turned off. The room where we can’t be heard is on ground level.

Which carrier? How's the cell signal in those areas of the house where u have issues?

Welcome to Android Central! You probably have poor cell reception in that part of the house. Try turning on wi-fi calling (assuming you have good wi-fi coverage throughout your house).
