If it's a Samsung you can use your Samsung account to remotely unlock the phone, otherwise you need to do a factory reset, the lock screen security can't be bypassed or it wouldn't be secure.

Which phone?

If you have a Samsung u might be able to remotely get in with your Samsung account.

Otherwise factory reset in recovery and you'll need to use your Google identification.
