Question Problem printing via wifi from phone

I ran into a problem. I've been fighting for a month...

Actually this is the problem. An employee accesses the service through a browser and needs to print a page from there.

On some devices it prints, on others it gives an error. "print spooler: print job printer blocked android"

At the same time, the printing service confidently sees the printer. and even produces a print test sheet

Do you have multiple Wi-Fi connections? For me there problem was needing to be on the same Wi-Fi connection as the printer.

I can't think of anything else. The printer is connected, the device is connected... If it were only one device I might think it was the app on that device or the device itself. If it were every device I might think it was the network or the printer. The way your describing it though it's random and not device specific.

When it happens to one person/device what happens if someone tries to use it? If they struggle too then that could at least point to something.
