I had a bullseye/target looking notification that popped up on my phone not sure what it could be?

It was a notification that has a circle and then two rings around that circle to look like a bullseye/target. But then disappeared on its own an hour and a half later and never got the chance to see what it was.

No the lock screen and then when I unlocked my phone it was on the notification bar on top too

Ok, what's it say in the notification panel?
You have lots of 3rd party apps ? Can put in safe mode see if it goes away.

Not sure what it said since I was at work and didn’t have time to look at what it said it was but then when I was going to check what it was like an hour and a half later it disappeared by itself it was no longer in my notifications and no I don’t have many third party apps.

When it comes back try see if it leads to opening anything.

I think that was an emergency alert, I actually got one about a missing person the other day, icon was a dot with 2 or 3 circles around it like a bullseye
