Anyone a pro at using Pulse SMS on Windows 10 PC & Phone?

[Android Central Question]

I have both apps installed, one on PC, and one on my Android (Moto G6, PIE) but I can't find the "refresh" option on the phone that helps you if you cannot login on your phone. I've been using Pulse free on my phone, and really was hoping they had an app for my PC, my main device. So they do, and I bought the 5.99 per year as is asked of Windows 10 App.

Anyway, I can't find anyone that can help me figure it out. So I would so appreciate finding someone. I'll toss this out and see if I get lucky, thanks in advance for any help. PS I have tried the Pulse SMS website and their fixes but nothing specific to my issue, except, them mentioning the Refresh option.

Yep. Email the developers of Pulse. They usually answer in a timely manner. Plus it helps them if you find bugs.

EDIT: Never mind. They were bought out. That's not good news. You may see more intrusive ads than before.

It's a shame because that was a good app w/devs who cared about their product.
