Android Central Question

Hello AndroidCentral Community,

I need your help with the following problem:

Unfortunately, I deleted the in-app data from my Android stock browser. So also my created bookmarks. So my question now, is it possible to restore this in-app data, including my bookmarks?

Info:
Samsung Galaxy Trend 2 Lite SM-G318H - Unrooted.
Stock-Browser: Samsung Internet 2.0.34.L57-0_101300_2276082

I have suggested the following solution:

1. I deleted all the data on the device memory as well as from the SD card and copied my saved data onto it again, without success.

2. Then I used a tool to completely save the stock browser as an .apk installation file and reinstalled the stock browser, but unfortunately without success.

Would be very nice to help.
Greetings.

Welcome to Android Central! If you didn't back that information up anywhere, then I'm afraid it's gone. This is why I prefer to use a browser that syncs with the cloud (like Chrome), because if the local browsing data was lost, it could easily resync from the cloud.
