Missing/lost Mobile Networks tab in Settings on S9. Anyway to restore/retrieve it back?

Phone cannot read sim card but works on another. Just missing the Mobile Networks tab.

Is the phone bought 2nd hand ? Was there a custom OS installed?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the SIM card works in another phone? Or that a different SIM card works in that S9?
